These Terms and Conditions apply to the Loocali mobile application ("Application") developed by Verdret Tmi ("Service Provider") as a free service.

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or translating of the Application is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights belong to the Service Provider.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or introduce fees at any time, with clear communication provided to users in advance.

The Application stores personal data you provide to deliver the Service. You are responsible for keeping your device and access secure. The Service Provider advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which may compromise security and functionality.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions. For example:

Some features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for limitations caused by your network provider or lack of connectivity. Data charges may apply depending on your mobile contract.

Using the Application outside of Wi-Fi may incur roaming or additional data fees. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for such charges. If you're not the bill payer, you confirm you have their permission.

You are responsible for ensuring your device is charged and operational. The Service Provider is not liable for service interruptions due to device battery failure or other hardware limitations.

The Service Provider strives to ensure the Application remains accurate and up to date, but relies on third-party data and services. Therefore, they are not liable for any loss resulting from reliance on in-app information.

You agree to accept updates to the Application when offered. The Service Provider may terminate the Application at any time. Upon termination, your rights to use the Application will end and you must delete it from your device.

The Service Provider may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
